We built with Ben about two years ago and couldn’t be happier. Ben managed to stay on budget and on time even with all of our changes, accommodating any request we had and actually applying ideas or pictures we had seen.
With being our first time building, Ben and his staff answered our questions and reassured us taking the stress out of the building process. The end result is our beautiful home that we continually get compliments for and couldn’t be happier with.
We definitely recommend Conklin Construction to anyone thinking about building their new home.

We worked with Ben and his team to build our first-ever home and they hit it out of the park! We were apprehensive about the entire building process but Ben made it easy. He walked us through everything, step-by-step.
Ben and team kept us up-to-date on progress and worked with us when we found a “big idea” on Pinterest, by making it happen realistically and in budget. I think working with a team who is open, honest and has great communication is key and that’s exactly what you’ll get when you work with Conklin Construction!
Three years later, we still get compliments on our home and the overall quality.

I needed to find a builder I could trust and treat me with the same respect that I treated them. Ben Conklin was the owner of that company. He met with me in the dead of winter as I was under a time crunch and make what is typically a very stressful life event, much less stressful.
Additionally, on a couple of occasions during the house building phases, Ben gently educated me on possible improved alternatives to some of my choices without making me feel completely foolish.
Never did Ben say something wasn’t possible, he was a straight shooter and was very transparent with change requests.
Ben Conklin was a fabulous partner which became more obvious as I heard unfavorable situations from around the neighborhood with other builders. He always treated both myself and my family very well and the work speaks for itself – we have been in the home for 3 years now and even now, the efforts and outputs from Ben Conklin are truly sound !
